HR Data Analyst

We now have a vacancy for a HR Data Analyst on our HR team for a one year fixed term contract.

Reporting to the HR Manger – Reward and Engagement in support of the People Strategy, as the successful candidate you will be specifically responsible for providing HR analytical support to the wider HR team. Working closely with the Head of HR and HR Manager - Talent Acquisition and Development, this is a unique opportunity to work in an extremely varied role, where you will gain insight and experience into a complete suite of HR activities as well as hone your analytical skills in a results-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities

HR Data Analytics

  • Act as a subject matter expert for monitoring and reporting on HR activities – including resourcing, recruitment and selection, payroll, remuneration, and learning and development
  • Design, maintain and enhance HR reports and provide key HR data metrics and analytics on a regular and ad-hoc basis
  • Design and execute processes with a view to increasing efficiency within the HR team and user experience in the wider company
  • Develop knowledge of the Human Resources Systems with a view to improving utilisation of functionality, efficiency and user experience
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to provide people-related data and analysis

HR Executive Support

  • Provide ongoing support and be a point of contact on HR queries for the HR team
  • Assist with payroll inputs / preparation for four jurisdictions (Ireland, France, Netherlands and Hong Kong)
  • Assist with global mobility administration and track key metrics
  • Work with the HR Manager on the planning and roll out of the annual employee survey and employee wellbeing programme
  • Contribute to the accomplishment of HR activities, projects and initiatives as required

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Degree level qualification in a numerical / analytical / business field is essential
  • 1 year + experience in a corporate environment is essential, ideally in an analytics role
  • Previous HR experience will be a distinct advantage – particularly in the area of reward and payroll

Critical Competencies:

  • Strong, proven MS skills essential – particularly in Excel
  • Strong analytical, process mapping and numerical skills
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and organisational skills
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic team environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
