Apprenticeship Programme

The IFS Apprenticeships offer a two-year full-time job with a leading financial services company, such as SMBC Aviation Capital, whilst studying to achieve a Higher Certificate in International Financial Services or a Higher Diploma in Financial Services Analytics.

These apprentices attend the National College of Ireland for 1 day per week, and work within a team within our business for the remainder of the week. In recent years apprentices have worked with our Finance, Customer Operations & IT functions. Each apprentice is assigned a mentor who will guide and support them during their on the job learning.

Recruitment for our Apprenticeship Programme will next take place in Spring 2026. Applications are submitted via NCI.
