Dublin, September 5, 2025: SMBC Aviation Capital is pleased to welcome our new Early Career cohort, who are joining on a two-year Graduate programme and two-year Apprenticeship programme. They have commenced their induction at our Dublin headquarters this week to gain a deeper understanding of both the aircraft leasing sector and SMBC Aviation Capital, while also preparing to start in their roles and embark on their exciting careers here.

This group joining the Early Careers programme highlights SMBC Aviation Capital’s continued dedication to developing emerging talent and underscores the strong and growing interest in aircraft leasing as a dynamic and rewarding career path.
