Dublin, September 9, 2025: SMBC Aviation Capital is pleased to welcome our new Early Career cohort, who are joining on a two-year Graduate programme. They have commenced their induction at our Dublin headquarters this week to gain a deeper understanding of both the aircraft leasing sector and SMBC Aviation Capital, while also preparing to start in their roles and embark on their exciting careers here.

Welcoming the 2026 Early Careers cohort marks another important step in SMBC Aviation Capital’s commitment to developing future industry leaders and reflects the growing enthusiasm for careers in the global aviation and aircraft leasing sector.
