SMBC Aviation Capital delivers fifth A320-neo to SAS

-Final aircraft of current delivery programme with SAS-

 

 

Hamburg April 2018:

SMBC Aviation Capital has completed its fifth delivery of a five aircraft transaction to SAS.The aircraft, an Airbus A320-neo aircraft (MSN 8109) was delivered at the Airbus facilities in Hamburg. The aircraft is powered by CFM International LEAP-1A engines.

This is the fifth of five A320-neo aircraft to be delivered to SAS as part of a Sale and Leaseback campaign for which SMBC Aviation Capital Limited was mandated in 2016.

This is the most significant deal that SMBC Aviation Capital has completed with SAS and was the company's first Airbus A320neo to be placed in Europe.
